The function

Managing a team or project is your second nature. For this role, you’ll be managing 10 people and lead a team of project managers. In addition to the support and maintenance that you offer to current projects, you are capable of managing the budgets of the projects. You’re the point of contact to the partners of the client. Last but not least: you have a clear vision that you can develop around big data. You will continuously innovate on how the data is used to improve performance. It’s up to you to set the scene for the future.


Your profile

You’re an experienced IT team leader with minimum 5 years of experience in Big Data environments. Besides English, you’re able to express yourself in French and/or Dutch. Your communication skills ensure that you can defend your ideas in combination with listening to others. A nine to five mentality does not fit within your personality and can be flexible when needed. Innovative technologies and changing trends make you curious. Your knowledge of the business is something that’ll help you a lot in this function as you’ll be in contact with all stakeholders in the company. Maybe the most important skill you have us that you value the true meaning of team objectives and know how to push them.
