Customer Insights Manager

The function

You’ll be managing, coaching and lead the Customer Insights team. Together with the team you’ll translate business strategies into customer analytics and data requirements. You’ll provide the top management with advices with actions who’ll lead to  a better customer experience and profits. Therefore you’ll have to manage the entire analytics process, find insights from different data sources, prioritize the requirements, interact with stakeholders and present results to the top management.

 

Your profile

You have an experience of minimum 10 years in a similar position and 3 years as a teamlead. Besides English, you’re Dutch or French speaking. You have deep knowledge of using SQL and SAS programming tools. It’s a plus if you know how to use statistics and big data software. Your communication skills in combination with your business knowledge ensure that you can interact with the top management. Besides the business actions, you’re willing to work hands-on on large data sets and have no fear on learning additional tools to access them.
